 I'm excited to tell you all about the airing of our episode on "House Hunters International".

 

As you know, last year we spent some time with the "House Hunters International" crew as they tagged along to observe us helping a client purchase their first home in the Dominican Republic. We've been waiting for this episode to air, and we've just received news of its airing on HGTV.

On Feb 14 at 07:00m ET/PT many people watched how we help our client look at different home options, find the one she´s looking for and assist with the closing. I saw House Hunters International last night and was very interested in the show, as I am contemplating relocating some time next year.  I was impressed with what I saw and would like to know more about the properties available in Punta cara, as well as employment, etc.

I saw your show and loved it.  My husband and I are interested in moving there. Can you give us more information concerning the area in Punta Cana and prices of a two bedroon, two bath.  We really liked the two bedroon and two bath that was purchased by the lady on your show?

Enjoyed the show on Sunday.  I missed you in June but understand your commitment to your work there in DR.  I'm interested in visiting DR for a vacation in possibly Jan 09.  Is that a good time or should I consider another month?  Can you provide any suggestions for a nice hotel or resort?

Hello William,

Patti bought in El Dorado Village.  She purchased a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo on the ground floor near the pool.  It's about a 5-7 minute walk from the beach and is near amenities such as restaurants, a pharmacy, a grocery store, etc.

Hello Annette,

Thank you for your interest.  Moving down here is a great idea!  I did it and I'm so happy about the decision.  It's been a really good experience for my family and me.  There are a variety of options for 2 br / 2 ba condos in this area.  You can feel free to peruse my listings and let me know if you have questions about anything in particular.  If you're looking to stay in the same price range that Patti was looking in I would suggest looking at Sun Beach, Blue Garden, Villas Bavaro, Santa Maria del Mar, or Grunwald II for properties.  Best of luck to you and please let us know how we can be of service to you!  Sincerely, Cheryl

Hello cuz!  I'm glad you enjoyed the show.  I would be happy to help you make arrangements to come down and visit.  January is a great time.  It's the time of year we have lots of visitors, so there will be lots to do and lots of people to meet.  Plus, that's when it's COLD in St. Louis, so a great time to get away!  For hotels I would suggest the EdenH hotel.  It's a new hotel chain that just opened in December '07 and it has received rave reviews.  If you provide me you specific travel dates we can book your reservation at rack rates and ensure you availability during this busy time of year.  I can't wait to see you and chill out on the beach with you!!!  Hugs, Cheryl
