Spring has Sprung
Hello everybody and welcome to April!!! High season has finally come to a close with the Semana Santa weekend and the weather is still just as amazing as ever. If you like a little more peace and quiet with your family while enjoying the same beaches, restaurants, excursions, and local hospitality, then now is the time to plan your trip!!
I've now been independent for 2 months and it's been very exciting! I've received a lot of positive feedback and I appreciate everyone's wishes for the future. I am also taking to heart and am making changes to respond to some of your recommendations on how I can improve my service and your overall experience. 70% guaranteed financing until the titles are issued. This means that you can put
30% down and the condo is yours!The terms for the 70% are based on current market standards, about 8.5% APR for 15 years. When the titles come through in 6-9 months, you can apply for a loan for the remainder of the 70% balance. I have closed loans here and I know that it's not that difficult (with title).
