The State of the Real Estate Market - January 2008
Hello everybody! How are you doing? I hope the New Year brings all of the best for you and your families. So, what's been going on here? Lots!!!
The El Dorado Project is slowly winding down. The finishing touches are being put on the last buildings with the personalized modifications that many of you requested. Resales are going well, so that's great news for the investors. The rental market for El Dorado continues to be strong. There's never enough availability for the demand, especially with the 2 bedroom condos. There is one 2 br penthouse for sale that comes fully furnished. All you have to do is sign the dotted line, then I will place a tenant for you and you can start enjoying income from your caribbean investment. There are also 1 br's available both furnished and unfurnished and a furnished studio available in the plaza that is rented almost all the time.
Stanza Mare FINALLY has seating around the pool and some on the beach. Thank you for your patience and diligence. There is a new management company that will be handling all of the administration for the community. Any owner who wants to put there property in the rental pool is welcomed to do so. In addition, the installations for cable TV and internet are underway and should be complete by the end January. Yay!!! This is turning out to be a beautiful community. I am also handling the management of many owners here, so if you'd like to inquire about my services please contact me. Beach front rentals are always popular. I have a beautiful 1 bedroom for sale with a great view of the ocean. It comes fully furnished and fully equipped. Just drop off your clothes and go straight to the beach.
Playa Turquesa is also progressing well. You can't beat elevators and central air!!! This project will be delivered by the summer of 2008. I have some very nice beach front resales that you can check out in my listings and featured throughout the website. 3 bedrooms with GORGEOUS views. There's still time to customize if you act fast.
Uvero Alto is heating up! There are several new projects in that area. New hotels and residential communities alike. The highway continues to make progress and promises to make the commute from the airport very short. Projects in Uvero Alto have great terms and some even come with financing on the back end. I have several listings in Uvero Alto. If you can't find them in the listings just drop me an e-mail and I can send them to you personally. I will be featuring some of them in the weeks to come, so be sure to keep checking.
Punta Perla. By now you may have heard the news that Punta Perla has broken ground. Yippee! I will get down there within the next week to check things out and I will post pics on the website and blog, so don't go far. Remember that you can choose options in the blog to notifiy you of new updates, so you will be notified immediately of any additions. I will post pics throughout the construction process so you can monitor the progress. This is truly exciting (especially if you are an owner like I am!)
Commercial opportunities are always good. So many of you want to come here and operate a business. I have restaurants and art galleries and vacant storefronts etc. Whatever you want I can find for you. If you're interested in real estate sales that's great too. Just let me know and we can talk.
