Texas International Boat Show in Corpus Christi, TX
Howdy! It's been a while, but I have been busy meeting so many of you AND I just returned from 9 days in Corpus Christi, TX for the Texas International Boat Show! My family and I had such a great time and it was a lot of fun introducing Corpus to the DR. The new marina is really beautiful. I look forward to seeing you guys next year! I have to tell you that the market is really strong right now. Since the Donald Trump announcement sales have really picked up. Not only that, but the economy is growing with more new businesses and projects are progressing faster. Things were already amped up, but now the DR is on Red Bull! I want to say hello to all of my regular visitors. I'm compelled to keep the website current since you guys continue to check in on me. It's not easy keeping up with all of the price changes for the hot communities, but I'm doing my best. El Dorado sold out a couple of weeks ago, so now some of the condos are available for resale and some with financing provided by the owner! Las Dunas, Cap Cana, Playa Turquesa, Stanza Mare, El Dorado, and Punta Perla continue to be the best opportunities around and you can be sure that the prices will continue to increase by about 5% every 2 to 3 months throughout construction. If you want a great investment check out Las Dunas featured on the home page. The developer is breaking ground next week on what promises to be a top notch community.
