The Roco Ki Master Plan: A Masterpiece Revealed

The backdrop for Roco Ki's Master Plan encompasses not only some of the
finest beaches in the world but also dramatic cliffs and headlands that
were once used as an ocean lookout point by the native Taino people who
once inhabited the area. The 2,700-acre luxury destination resort is
master planned to include the Starwood Hotels & Resorts' The Westin Roco
Ki Beach & Golf Resort, a world-class marina, Taino museum, retail
shopping, and an array of exciting luxury residences, each uniquely inspired and designed to reflect historic Taino and Spanish influences.Resort amenities will include the Nick Faldo Campo Alto Verde signature championship golf course, full service spa, water sports center and convention center.
Future phases will include additional high-end hotels and championship
golf courses.
Roco Ki Debuts in New York
New York Times reporter Seth Kugel interviewed Roco Ki President and CEO Nick Tawil for his Sunday Travel Section article entitled "The Dominican
Republic Offers A New Place In the Sun." The article, which ran October
29th, detailed Roco Ki's Taino roots, luxury resort and residences, and
Spring 2008 Phase I opening date.
Kugel's colleague, New York Times correspondent Nick Kaye, also
interviewed Tawil for his October 27th Escapes Column, including details
and artists renderings of the Roco Ki destination resort and its variety
of luxury residences. Phone and Web site information was provided for
those interested to buy.
The New York Post's Chris Bunting also joined the group of prestigious New York City press interested in Roco Ki in his October 17th "What's Up Punta Cana?" feature in which he showcased Roco Ki as one of the up and coming luxury residential resorts with eco-sensitivity that will soon open in Punta Cana and referred readers to the Roco Ki web site.
