Happy New Year! Feliz ano nuevo! It's been a while since I've updated this page because I've been so busy meeting many of you! We are right in the middle of high season and it's buzzing down here. The weather is great. What's not to love about mid to high 80's in the middle of January? Thank you for the calls, but stop telling me how cold you are and just get on a plane and come down to hang out with me on the beach.
On a business note: El Dorado continues to be the hottest investment in the area and the project is half sold out. If you've invested start counting your money because the prices will go up AGAIN at the beginning of March and I'm sure sales will continue to be high. If you're looking to rent or if you need furniture I've officially added those services to my portfolio. Check out the new pages on the website. I have a great team and we would love to provide services for you so all you have to do is sign the contract, wire the money, and watch your investment appreciate and earn income for you. If there's anything else you need, just let me know and it can be done. My goal is to make this process as easy as possible for you. Our new RE/MAX office is onsite.
