Thank you for visiting dr4sale.com. I am very excited to launch my new website and share some of the great investment opportunities available in the Dominican Republic!
When Chris and I were looking to leave Philadelphia and move south I didn't realize it would be THIS south, but I'm glad. We had been to several Caribbean islands looking for investment opportunities, but when we came here and continued to be passed on the road by construction vehicles something inside of us clicked and we knew this was the place to be.
Not only were there construction projects everywhere, but they were actually being completed! New highways are being constructed, airports are being built and/or expanded upon, tourism is up and more direct flights are being booked from cities across the U.S. Everybody's talking about the new hot spot in the Caribbean and I am here to give you some perspective from the investment standpoint.
I love real estate and have done very well investing over the years. I'm excited to share some of the great opportnities I'm putting together down here and help you to realize a great return for your money.
